In order to ensure the optimal safety and customer experience, Buenbyahe has the sole discretion to make these changes both in the site and application. However, do not worry as all of these will be done with the benefit of our partners, users, and employees in mind.

While we conduct regular inspection and update our content as we see fit in order to provide accurate information, Buenbyahe holds no legal liability in terms of any misalignment in our listing.

However, feel free to report such instances to our Support Team and we will take the necessary action towards the particular listing of your concern.

In order to successfully sign up and enjoy Buenbyahe services, our users are required to be at least 18 years of age on the day of the creation of their account. If you are minor, you are welcome to browse, check, and enjoy the contents of our pages, but is strictly prohibited from making any forms of transaction within our site or application.

In order to protect our customers, partners, and employees, Buenbyahe reserves the sole discretion in deleting accounts that are deemed suspicious, malicious, or unsafe. If you think that we have made a mistake, feel free to contact our Support Team and we will be more than willing to assist you.

Listings for accommodations will specify the total fees. If a requested booking is cancelled, any amount collected by Buenbyahe will be refunded to you, depending on your preferred channel via the site or application. Any pre-authorization of such as your credit or debit card will be released, if applicable.

The rates quoted are inclusive of utility charges, subject to the prevailing goods and services tax, and may be changed without notice. A security deposit, advance payment, and other charges may also apply upon booking.

Room rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates. In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, Buenbyahe Rooms and Hotels reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion. 

If you have any concerns regarding these adjustments, kindly contact our Support Team immediately and we will assist you accordingly.

You must ensure that the information you provide to us are:
A. true, accurate, and complete
B. not involving the use of counterfeit or fraudulent debit card, credit card, and other modes of payment
C. not subjected to anything that will cause liability to Buenbyahe

In order to complete a booking transaction, Buenbyahe requires each user to provide their own credit card and debit card to help ensure the safety, privacy, and validity of charging the said payment methods.

Yes, however cancellation terms depend on the type of rate chosen at check-out, which may be refundable, non-refundable, or such other terms as may be imposed by Buenbyahe.

Refundable Rate

– You are entitled to a full refund if cancellation and/or changes are made up to 2 days (48 hours) before first check-in day

– 1 night per room booked charged thereafter

–  The refund will be made to your account if Buenbyahe cancels a confirmed booking made via the site, services, and application, and such cancellation was not due to your fault. 

– Total Fees for such booking to the applicable Guest or Member within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation. 

Non-refundable Rate – In case you opted for a non-refundable rate, no changes or cancellation will be allowed.

Buenbyahe may choose to relocate guests to other accommodations if deemed needed.

In cases of severe issues on listings, you may contact our Support Team and we will consider giving you a full or partial refund provided that you make the complaint within the first 24 hours of checking-in.

You are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the condition it was in when you arrived. You acknowledge and agree that, as a guest, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for such of any individuals who you invite or provide access to the accommodation. 

In the event that a partner claims any loss or damage and provides evidence of such loss or damage, including but not limited to, photographs or other documentary evidence, you agree to pay the cost of replacing the damaged items with equivalent items. After being notified of the claim and given forty eight (48) hours to respond, the payment will be charged to and taken from the credit or debit card on file.

If Buenbyahe is unable to charge the credit or debit card on file or otherwise collect payment from you, you agree to remit payment for any damage to the accommodation.
