The servers for our platform are located in the United States, and the Buenbyahe Rooms and Hotels companies and third-party service providers operate in many countries around the world. When we collect your personal information, we may process it in any of those countries.
We have taken appropriate steps and put safeguards in place to help ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Statement. For example, any data transfers between our group companies are governed by our group of companies agreements which incorporate strict data transfer terms (including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, for transfers from the EEA) and require all group companies to protect the personal information they process in accordance with applicable data protection law. In addition, certain Buenbyahe Rooms and Hotels U.S. affiliates have certification with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield, as explained below in the “Privacy Shield ” section.
We also require that third-party service providers to whom a data transfer is made have appropriate safeguards in place to protect your personal information, in compliance with applicable data protection law. The particular measures used will depend on the service provider, and our agreements with them may include European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses, the service provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. and/or Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield certification, or reliance on the service provider’s Binding Corporate Rules, as defined by the European Commission.
We want you to feel confident about using our platform and all associated tools and services, and we are committed to taking appropriate steps to protect the information we collect. While no company can guarantee absolute security, we do take reasonable steps to implement appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process.

Booking cancellation for full refund is permitted within 48 hours before the standard check-in time. Buenbyahe will charge a minimal Fee of Php 75 pesos to cover all booking online management, customer services and payment processing charges.
On cancellation between 14:00 (two days before its check-in) to 13:59 (one day before check-in day), 50% of the first night charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
On cancellation between 14:00 (one day before check-in day) to 13:59 (check-in day), 70% of the first night charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
On no-show or cancellation after 14:00 (check-in day), 100% of the first night charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. In case of pay-at-hotel bookings, cancellation or no-show penalty will be charged by deducting equivalent to loyalty points or available points vouchers from the user’s account.
All bookings made for Buenbyahe Sale and Buenbyahe Special Promo Rooms across booking channels are Non-Refundable and not transferable
The Check-In dates for the bookings made for the Buenbyahe Special Price Sale can be modified 24 hours before check-in by paying the price difference and an additional PHP 75 (or equivalent currency amount).
Buenbyahe and its partner’s (Hoteliers and Hosts) guests are prohibited to conduct or participate in any criminal offense within any property premises, including but not limited to: theft, robbery, prostitution or drugs abuse and transactions.
Guest Maturity: The primary guest must be above the age of 18 years to be able to check-in the hotel. Only children under 12 are accommodated in the same room with no extra bed. Guest shall present a proof of Valid identification of accompanied children shall match the first and 2nd degree of relationship, in case the Primary guest is guardian, the primary guest shall present proof of evidence of guardianship
Guest Identification: Primary Guest(s) and accompanied child/children shall submit valid identification on or before the check in time and dates in the property
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. Unless approved by the property management before its check in date and time.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel staff, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest after the allegations have been investigated.
Our hotels, and Property hosted by the owners in certain destinations or locations in the Philippines may have different policies applicable for specific times during the year.
Extra items requested by the guest will be provided subject to availability, cost and maximum occupancy of the room booked.
Any payments made from PayPal will be refunded to the original funding source. Or any refund shall be in the original or the actual payor of the amount.
Buenbyahe guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date and time to re-confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, Buenbyahe will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.

Buenbyahe is just a newly launched Online Travel Booking startup in the Philippines that started operations in 2021. We are fully committed together with our valued hoteliers and hosts to provide quality living spaces for millions of millions of people through a network of partner hotels, vacation rentals in the Philippines and soon probably across the world.
Extension Policy: Extension of a booking shall be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability. Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were first booked.
Security Deposit: Hoteliers or Host might ask amount of security deposit upon check in of up to or equivalent to the amount of your stay in a day or a month
Mid Stay Cancellation: In case you decide to shorten your booking for 4 or more rooms post the check-in date, no refund is applicable on the booking.
Payment Policy: For bookings of more than 7 nights, guests have to settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. Hotel will be unable to provide further accommodation prior to settlement of the outstanding amount.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out : Early Check-in (subject to availability): Our standard check-in time is 2 PM. Early check-in will be subject to availability. Extra charges will apply as per hotelier or host policy set.Late Check-out (subject to availability) -Our standard check-out time is 12 Noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:
